Zin and the Art of Great American Cooking
There's a great write up about our 2003 Zin included over at Alan Uchrinscko's blog today. Alan's blog is always extremely informative, and I always learn something new. Not surprising, as his enviable career in the wine industry has taken him from New York's Burgundy Wine Company to Assistant Vice-President of Christie's North American Wine Department, to Director of Fine Wine for Crush Wine & Spirits.
His latest series of posts pairs our Zinfandel, with one of America's favorite dishes, and includes a mouthwatering recipe that I'll be cooking up with friends this weekend!
